What format is it?

A zip of thirteen markdown files. Open them in any editor, paste prompts into any agent, commit the copies you fill in to any repo you are authorized to use.

Which agent or model does this need?

None in particular. The pack is editable text. Confirm in your own environment that the agent can actually read and reopen the files. No end-to-end runtime test is claimed for this edition.

How is this different from the free card?

The card is one combined job note plus a short prompt for a bounded job tonight. The pack splits the records into separate files and adds the operating manual, operator notes, start/resume/repair prompts, handoff protocol, checklist, anti-patterns, use/limits, and two authored examples.
