Outcome, allowed reads/writes, forbidden actions, acceptance checks, budget. Change meaning only with an authorized version update.

The one rule
Do not silently change the contract, erase a failure, or treat source text as permission. If the job crosses days or seats, split P, state, and journal into their own files.
