What the card says
1 · One job note
Copy a JOB.md block: contract (P), current state, and a short journal. Fill every placeholder. Keep passwords and private customer material out of the note.
2 · Pasteable prompt
Tell the agent to read the note, take one bounded action, verify, and save. A timeout means unknown outcome — inspect before retrying a send, charge, publish, or delete.
3 · The one rule
Do not silently change the contract. If the job crosses days or seats, split P, state, and journal into their own files — that is what the paid pack is for.
